Membership suspension or temporary holds may be granted for travel, injury, medical circumstances, or other qualifying reasons at the Studio's discretion.
-
Membership holds must be approved in advance and do not automatically extend or eliminate existing payment obligations.

No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused membership periods except as required by law.
Class Packages, Credits & Transfers
All class packages, individual class credits, and promotional class credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or designated recipient at the time of purchase.

-
Any exceptions or extensions are granted solely at the Studio's discretion, subject to applicable law.
Workshops, Events & Teacher Trainings
Registration for workshops, specialty events, immersions, and teacher training programs may require advance payment or a deposit to reserve a participant's place.
All deposits paid toward workshops, immersions, and teacher training programs are non-refundable.
-
Deposits secure a participant's enrollment and are applied toward the total purchase price.
-
If a participant cancels, withdraws, or is unable to attend, the deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation, except as required by law.
-
Any remaining tuition or payment obligations are governed by the terms disclosed at enrollment, including any applicable payment plan.
-
Payments made beyond the initial deposit may be subject to separate cancellation and refund provisions established for the specific offering.
-
Registration fees, deposits, and tuition are non-transferable unless the Studio expressly approves a transfer in writing.
-
Failure to attend or complete a training, workshop, or event does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
-
The Studio reserves the right to modify dates, schedules, instructors, curriculum, or program details when reasonably necessary.
-
If the Studio cancels an offering, participants will be notified of available rescheduling or refund options, consistent with applicable law.
Any exceptions, including the application of deposits toward future trainings or scholarship opportunities, must be expressly approved in writing by Ahimsa Studios.

Private Yoga, Pilates, and wellness sessions are subject to the scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
