Integrate (Slow Flow)

East facing sunrise flow to include sun salutations rooted in traditional yogic practices. 

Expand (Slow Flow)

Heart opening vinyasa flow class that focuses on strengthening the thoracic spine, protecting the lumbar spine.

Nourish (Yin Yasa)

A mid-day pick me up combing slow flow vinyasa, gentle mat pilates, and restorative and yin postures.

Align (Vinyasa Flow)

Intermediate vinyasa flow with an emphasis on alignment and strength building postur

Balance (Vinyasa Flow)

Intermediate + vinyasa flow incorporating balance postures and inversions.

Strengthen (Mat Pilates)

Mat pilates class designed to be a full body workout. Incorporates a range of props including weighted stability ball.

Center (Mat Pilates)

Mat pilates class with a focus on core exercises.

Restore (Restorative)

A restorative class where postures are held up to 10 minutes, fully supported by blankets, blocks, and bolsters, allowing the body to relax fully.

Release (Yin Yoga)

Yin yoga class where postures are held for up to 5 minutes, allowing for a deep release of the muscles.

Play (Kids Yoga)

Bring your little ones to learn about breath and movement, as we playfully explore yogic practices for embodied living.
